For the Ann Taylor Petites optimization, I co-created and managed a dedicated navigation section with enhanced product categorization to streamline browsing.
I developed the "Believe in Love at First Fit" digital campaign featuring targeted messaging and curated product collections that resonated with petite shoppers. I redesigned product detail pages with comprehensive sizing information and multi-view photography to reduce return rates.
The centerpiece of my strategy was an innovative Petites Preferences personalization tool that captures customers' specific fit challenges and delivers customized recommendations based on individual proportions, significantly improving conversion for this valuable segment.
