Design Dash Email Nurture Campaign

Developed and executed a multi-segment email nurture strategy to convert leads into workshop registrations, achieving a 66.5% open rate and 20.69% click-through rate on the primary campaign.

What I Did

With limited budget and no historical data, I designed a test-&-learn framework around 3 messaging hypotheses. I launched all three simultaneously using Meta's instant lead forms, then let performance data guide budget allocation.

Segmentation
